We pride ourselves on offering truly bespoke pool snooker & billiards tables, accessories & lighting, as well as fine Antique and second-hand pieces, of the very highest quality.
For us the word Billiards encompasses many different games, played with cues & balls on a slate-bed table with cushions (and mostly, but not always, pockets). Whether you’re looking for a full-size Snooker table, a Pool table, or Carom, Russian pyramid table, a dual-purpose dining table, multi-purpose games table, or accessories or lighting to complement something you already own, it will be our pleasure to satisfy your individual requirements.
The choice is yours…
Everything we make is truly bespoke…
This means that you, the client, or your interior designer can specify each and every detail of the table, accessories and lighting that we will then make for you.
Clearly, we will help you to do this. As you will see as you browse our website, we have made many varied and beautiful bespoke tables, for Snooker, Pool & billiards, as well as other games tables, lighting and accessories. Your personal design might well be inspired by something we’ve made before, perhaps combining elements of other designs – or introducing something completely new.
Our team will be happy to guide you through the process of making your own, individual choices.
And the choices can be many – Every table starts with a top quality slate bed, but what size, and for what game? – There are many ‘standard’ sizes for the various billiards game tables, – and whatever your preference, we will select the ideal slate and build your table around it.
In the US, billiards (aka Pool) is typically played on tables with 8ft or 9ft slates, though 7ft is ‘allowable’ at home. Full-size snooker tables are 12ft x 6ft, meaning most people don’t have the space – or skill – for such an expanse of slate. Since Victorian times, people have been happy to play on whatever size of table they can fit in their homes, hotels, bars etc. Snooker and UK Pool can be enjoyed on 7ft, 8ft & 9ft tables and Pub pool tables often have slates around the 6ft x 3ft of the traditional 1/4-size table.
So – how much playing space is there in the room you want the table in? Our sizing-guide allows you to select the size of your room and suggests the largest recommended table, or you can refer to our Room-size table for more detail.
